Schools and colleges can give us only certificates but no job. There are some skills which youngsters should develop themselves, so that they can face their interviews successfully. They should keep in mind some basic points which can help them to get job by improving their personality.

Youngsters spend their time in gossiping with their friends, watching movies,sending SMS to others or chatting on internet. They don't study their subjects, as they were supposed to be. They appear for college exams, get certificates and starts believing that they are degree holders who can easily get job anywhere they want. However, they become wrong when they fail in tests taken by the employers. Thus, it is necessary for all to learn their subjects by heart before appearing for any kind of test. They should use impressive and good language for communication rather than the language they use within the college campus. They should learn formal language for communication with others. Most of them hesitate in speaking with people. They should learn to deal with people. They should make group of friends to discuss on various topics to improve their skill of debating, it also improves their word power and they can confidently deal with people.

Youngsters should practice speaking in English. They pass out degree courses but they can hardly speak or write in English. Big companies desire English speaking people for the job. However, for the sake of Indian culture,people don't accept to communicate in English. They forget that they can uplift and save their culture even by speaking in English. Language makes our communication skill better and stronger.

They can further improve their above mentioned qualities by updating current affairs knowledge. They must know the happenings of the world all around rather than becoming self centered. Youngsters can read newspapers and magzines to increase their general knowledge. They can also watch TV, surf on internet,etc. for better knowledge.

Adhere to this, one should possess good manners. Today young guys don't respect their elders. They should learn behaviour and manners before appearing for any interviews.

Thus, the first and the basic step that one should follow before appearing for an interview is language, knowledge and behaviour.
