The big firms offer a good package but the excess load of work and no means to put up your choice and ideas frustrate the employees to a great extent.
The environment in which you work or would have to work after joining does matter a lot because a place which makes you comfortable to work keeps you calm and you start loving the place. This help you to acknowledge the place and hence put in more effort. In turn the firm also benefits.
