Everybody wants to get a job of his satisfaction and passion. The first hurdle for getting a job is passing the written exams. Most of us will make out of it with flying colors, but fail at the most important and the last hurdle, job interview. It may be due to our interview phobia or lack of self confidence but the main reason behind it is that we are not able to live up to the tricky questions asked by the interviewer. These tricky questions are not part of our CV but they are asked to judge our compassion and ability towards a particular job. The interviewer want to the know the X-Factor in you, for them to hire you. Here are some of the most common tricky questions asked during a job interview and how to face them.

1. How much salary do you expect?

This is one of the most common interview questions which may decide if you get the job or not. Don't try to underestimate or overestimate your abilities. Just be frank in your opinion. If the interviewers think that you have the potential then definitely your abilities will be rewarded well.

2. How was your relationship between you and your previous boss?

If you had a rough relationship with your previous boss, this is not the time and place to admit it.  Be humble and say something like, "My boss was a skillful person and i had learnt many good things from him."

3. Don't you think you are overqualified for this position?

This question may be asked if you are qualified more than what is required for that particular job. The main thing to avoid is don't boast about your qualifications but say something like, "In order to survive in this ever-changing job market, i had to equip myself with the latest updates as much as possible."

4. Would you be willing to take a salary cut?

This question is asked to know how much passionate you are about your job, so don't jump up and say no. Instead of saying no, explain to the interviewers that a job is not only about salary but there are many other priorities included like a good working atmosphere, a great learning environment and working with different kinds of people. Salary is the last priority.

5. Why did you resigned from your previous job?

Don't blame your previous boss or your colleagues but say something like, "I am looking for new challenges which will expand my knowledge and skills."

6. If you got selected, what will be your strategy for the first 30 days?

Don't be overconfident and say something stupid, which you can't achieve in 30 days. Be practical about your ideas and how you are going to implement it,  by Setting targets for a specific time period and achieving them.

7. Do you want to ask something?

This would be the final question, the interviewer will be be asking. So, think carefully before you ask any questions. The questions you ask should be related to the job or the company. Don't try to be over smart and make a fool of yourself.
