SPORTSTAR INTO SMARTSTAR
WAS A SPORTSTAR, but now I ain't. So you all know that with skills you develop and talents you got in the sports field you can get fame in a very short period, where I developed only some skills but never found out what my talent was. So let me explain the moment when I too was a sportstar.
When I was in sixth standard and to 8th standard pupil in my school know me only as a sports person and not as a smart or bookworm. Well on the other hand I my brother was a smart one at that time so my family ws doing well. The sports I was in were SHOTPUT, LONG JUMP, Relay, 100 meters.....and thats it. So for the selection for all these things happened when I was in 6th standard itself.....I was selected as a sub-junior and my PT master took me to several sports meet and to several schools with free of food!!!!! the first sports meet I had was at Swarjana High School in coimbatore...well there I didn't shine or won anything,at that time I was only in shotput...but there were guys way bigger than me and I was a little puuny....
All I won was the sportsmeet held in my school only among my school students. Then it continued till 8th then there I was selected for a District meet....and the day my district sports meet bought me glory..... I won the shotput....and one of my friends who was assigned to run on the Relay 200 meter race whose ankle got twisted, so I was made a substitute and I really really won the thing and then I was victorious
Well sad things happens to everyone...and it happened to me too...my brother had such a bad company so his academic results were very very poor so it made me feel guilty as i was too not studying better.....so i had to give up the idea of being a sportsperson so from then on I became someone who studies well
So, after that and till now I dont participate in any knid of sports......
