How to behave with Experienced People in Office?
After a completion of enjoyful life in college when we move in office as a fresher, the atmosphere we see there it is not easy to handle ,but it is not difficult too. When you join any company as a fresher there you will find experienced workers working with you. You cannot talk with them as you talk with your close friends. You should communicate professionally. Though, your post and their post is same,but still there should be any limit and you should respect them.
Generally, in fresher's you will find more self confidence and having latest knowledge with them. They has curiosity to do something good for the company. To Develop their career this is necessary. But in moving at greater speed, there should not be over confidence. They should also see that they behave well with his co-worker and communicate politely. They should not be as they are the only persons to do that work,but they should know that working with senior workers will get good knowledge. It is possible that senior worker may not have latest knowledge of industry,but their experience will help them to get rid out of trouble when necessary. Apart from that, what trouble will arrive while working, we can only find out with the help of experienced workers only.This understanding in the fresher's we find very less. If you are the boss of Senior Worker and if you are teaching or giving some work to do,so don't show your seniority on them. Though,you are Senior in post,but you should give equal respect to them.
Apart from that, there are small-Little thing that you should keep in mind like you should not interrupt the senior in between while discussion is going on. You should keep on more thing in mind that you should not express your ideas in loud voice. It is not that your senior worker ask you to do something and you just except it blind-fold .You should definitely express you ideas , but your way of communication should be proper. If you think that your senior's decision is incorrect, you should advice him in private.
Many of fresher's do not have these understanding and for this .Senior Worker don't like this behavior. Fresher's should be attentive and follow the office rules. Their appearance and behavior should suit the office culture. If Senior don't talk with you then you should go to him and make a handy relationship with him.
