Everybody loves to sing. Some sing in the bathrooms while some sing in front of an audience. But to sing on stage in front of an audience needs a lot of courage, confidence and ofcourse a good voice. To devolop a good voice, we have to practise some vocal exercises and take some precautions. Tips for effortless singing: 1. Wake up early in the morning and do pranayam. But before doing any exercise,exhale out all the negetive energies by exhaling out air from the nose while the stomach should be in. 2. Then inhale slowly while counting and exhale with the same speed. Do this exercise for about 10 minutes. This will increase your stamina. 3. Sing one note higer then the lowest note you can sing. For example, if your last note is Pa of lower octave, then sing Dha of lower octave(mandra saptak). 4. Sustain on that note(swar) for aout 10-15 minutes. This will make your voice sounds heavier as it will add base to it. 5. Gradually sing the higer notes till the note you can comfortably reach. 6. Don't strain your voice by uneccesarily singing high notes that are out of your voice's range. 7. After these exercises, do not drink water for atleast half an hour. Precautions: 1. Do not drink anything cold after singing. 2. After having a meal,don't sing immediately. 3. In the morning, do not sing very high notes as it can damage our vocal chords. 4. Breath properly while singing and sing from the stomach. 5. Be in rhythm while singing any song.
