But historical facts are shows there.  We may see the Niagra Falls in  The Cinema.  We may see how useful the Falls are to men.  Electricity is generated there.  Towns are lighted and factories are worked with the help of the electricity.  We can know how agriculture is carried out in an improved method.  We can know also how education is imparted in the West.  Lectures are given in England.  We may not be present there.  Still we can now hear these lectures by means of talkies.  Common people can be educated with the help of the talkies.  Lectures on health, education, agriculture and other things can be given to the given to common people by means of the cinematograph. Thus it is a very useful art to us.  It gives us pleasure.  It is a source of amusement.  In many countries in Europe, schools have got their own cinematograph and thus education films are shown to the boys.  It increases their general knowledge.

The Talkies - Formerly we could see only the movements of actors and actresses.  At present the cinematography has been improved.  We can now hear their voice also.

Its bad side - The Cinema has also a gad side.  All pictures are not good.  Some pictures do great harm to us if we see them.  We may lose our character by seeing bad pictures.  People may commit many crimes.  There is a Board to examine the films.  Its duty is to see which films should be shown in India.  The Board rejects all bad and objectionable pictures.
