Proteins are present in milk. Milk also contains calcium and magnesium which make your teeth and bones strong.

Have a good sunbath

Having a good sunbath will ensure that your bones become strong. After your body is exposed to sun ,  vitamin D is synthesized by your body. Vitamin D helps making the bones strong and prevents osteoporosis in later ages. So we can see that sun plays a very vital role in helping us enjoy a healthy lifestyle. While sitting in sun we should be careful not to look directly towards the sun, as it radiates powerful radiations which can damage your eyes. Various SPF lotions for the skin can be useful to prevent tanning of skin during sunbath.

Vitamin and protein supplements

We should also practice taking some vitamin supplements once a day as it will fulfill the needs of body for some vitamins which were not fulfilled by your balanced diet.
