We should take the food which contains more nutrients which are healthy for us.  Nutrients help us in cleaning our digestive system and protects our body from getting aged by improving blood cells. From childhood to adult, in all age group people, in every season, there is a chance of digestive problems. So we should take the food which contains the necessary nutrients for our digestive system. Therefore, we will be healthy and fit. 

Doctors suggest us to intake food according to our needs and maintain that balance as well. Taking fruits, fruit juices, rawvegetables and vegetable juices are the best to keep good body free of diseases. Fruits and raw vegetable juices are the best food to heal internal problems, purify our blood streams and produce new blood cells.

Most of the children get tired after studying and playing. Therefore, they avoid healthy diet. Some kids even skip their breakfast. Only few kids show interest in having fruits and raw vegetables. The fruits juices and vegetables are good for children and even for adults. The digestive system in children is not completely developed as adults, so it is good to give liquids like juices to them. Even the liquids should be given for the weak people and patients also. 

Before preparing fruit or vegetable juice, we should wash them finely with water and then chop them into pieces and immediately grind them using mixy. Water can be added in it if necessary. To remove the pulp we need to filter the juice using filter. It is good to have juice immediately or in an hour. How much the delay in having we do, we lose those many nutrients from them. Storing of juice is not at all good. Due to the storing of the juice, the oxidation process occurs and the vitamins and minerals will disappear from the juice. Therefore, having juice which is stored is not at all good for health. Try to avoid sugar as much as possible. It is best to have juices without adding sugar, especially adults and diabetic patients. 

Disadvantage of Juices:

Fruits and vegetables are good reservoirs of fibers. But when they are crushed into juice form then they lose fibers content. Fruits are best for digestion and cleans digestive system too. Having fruits as it is good for the adults as adults need more fiber compare to children.  

Carrot: 

The main ingredient of rainbow food vitamin – A and calcium are available in good amount in carrot. It protects the health of our eyes. Calcium helps our bones to become strong. As this contains fiber, it will help in healing piles. It even helps in healing gastric, ulcer and liver problem. It even helps in healing gastric, ulcer, and liver problems. This is good for the diabetes patients as well. Having carrot juice daily by mixing lemon juice and little salt, gives a special glow to your skin. This will help in healing skin problem. It avoids cancer diseases and is much useful in its treatment. 

Cucumber:

Eye medicine Cucumber contains more water and fewer calories. Its juice  helps in healing the rheumatic conditions. As it contains more water content cucumber juice reduces urinary problems a lot. It removes black around the eyes. As it contains fewer calories it will be helpful for obese people to reduce their weight and diabetes patients. Ulcer and acidity can be controlled by taking the juice of Cucumber and it has high potential to reduce body heat. 

Cabbage:

A leafy vegetable Cabbage contains vitamins which treats ulcer and duodenal. Vitamin A and iron are available in huge amount in the green color upper layers of it. Actually we remove the upper layer of the cabbage and then we cook the remaining layers. But the juice of upper layer of cabbage will enhance blood circulation and reduce eye problems. Cabbage also reduces joint pains, dental decays and digestion problems.

Tomato:

These are Rich supplement of antioxidants. Tomato contains vitamin A, B, C. But Vitamin C is present in ripen tomato only. Tomato juice is good for kidney problems. This reduces breathing problem, indigestion and piles problem. It even helps in healing the diseases related to liver problems. It cleans our stomach and intestine. It controls blood problem and gives energy a lot. The tomato juice or soup removes the mucus present in our lungs. This even helps in treating cancer and its rich antioxidant property keeps you away from aging, obesity and many diseases related to them. 

Indian gooseberry:

Also known as Amla Comparing to vegetables and fruits, vitamin c are more present in amla. Thus it improves our immune system. Having the mixture of amla juice and honey is good for our health. The juice of amla is good for ears and eyes. This is good for the weaker heart, nerves and muscle problems. By applying the paste of amla powder and buttermilk heals the burns in the hands and feet.  This works as a medicine for diabetes and typhoid patients. This is a great medicine for bronchitis, asthma and anemia.

This helps in nervous problem and psychological disorders. It heals gout and arthritis. Apple juice reduces kidney stone, digestive system and headache problems.
