How much we take care of our hair also it is not at all sufficient. Every time, some problem occurs to it. Most of the people worry due to the hair fall problem. They use different kinds of medicated oils and try to avoid hair fall. But the fact is, by consuming few food items we can avoid hairfall problem. Taking nutritious food is good for both body and hair. Due to the consumption of nutritious food, the hair problems like hair fall, whitening of hair, dandruff like problem will be overcome. So let us know about the food which gives us healthy hair.

  1. Beans: These provide us sufficient nutrients, vitamin B6, folic acid, magnesium, sulphur, zinc, Minerals to us. By the regular consumption of them gives necessary nutrients to our hair.
  2. Coconut Oil: For decades the coconut oil is used in ayurvedic medicines and in ayurveda. Coconut oil has a character of avoiding aging and helpful in the treatment of relaxation from stress. Applying warm coconut oil to hair and massaging the blood circulation of the scalp will be functioning well. This will help in the growth of hair. The hair problems like dandruff, splits and hair fall problem will be controlled.
  3. Dairy products: By having dry products carbohydrates, calcium, Vitamin D, vitamin B12 is available in huge amount and these are very helpful in strengthening hair. The low fat milk and cottage cheese make our hair shiny and very good for the growth of health.
  4. Eggs: The proteins present in eggs are very useful. In most of the organic shampoos Egg is used for the better cleaning, shining of hair and it even protects. Applying white egg yolk to hair and after some time if we wash it with water then our hair will shine.
  5. Sea Food: Seafood is good for health. For reducing our weight, maintaining body slim and good for heart seafood is the best. Similarly it is very good for our hair. 
  6. Honey: It helps our hair to shine. We can get that shine by applying the mixture of 2 spoons of honey in half cup olive oil and massage. Then cover the hair with warm towel. Let it be for half an hour. Then wash your hair with warm water therefore, your hair will get a special shining.
  7. Greenpeas: Sufficient carbohydrates and Potassium are available with them which are necessary for hair. Due to the consumption of them our hair will grow strong. Compare to the other vegetables, green peas contain more calories and these are very good for health. 
  8. Walnut: Waluts contain huge amount of vitamin E which keep your hair moisture and make them look shining. Making Val nut powder by using mixy and mix this powder in water. Then fitter it. Apply this water to hair. After few minutes wash your hair with water. Then your hair will be healthier.
