Just peel the skin off and cut the banana into thin slices. Then put some salt and chilli powder to taste. Mix it to get some light yellow color. Then leave it for ten minutes t soak in the mix. Then heat some oil in the pan. You can either deep fry or shallow fry. Shallow fry might take some extra time and will consume less oil. Both will taste very good.

Milk shakes of banana are very easy to prepare. Take some bananas. Remove the skin and cut it into small pieces. Then put it in the mixer and grind it well. Then add cold milk to it and grind it again. When you get the consistency of a milk shake then pour it into a glass. Else add some more milk and grind it again. Then add some sugar and ice cubes. Serve it cool. Children will love the taste.

Salads:

Salads are easy recipes where all the fruits are cut into pieces and added. Then when mixed well and add some sugar and honey. For garnishing and taste some cashews also can be added and also some dry fruits. They will serve as a very healthy snack.

Banana idli:

Mash the tomatoes into a consistency that is semi solid. Grate coconut for half a cup. Add one cup of rava. This is going to be a sweet dish. So you can either add jiggery or sugar in the amount that you prefer. When added in a mediocre quantity then it will be mild and good. Add baking soda mixed with water and also a pinch of salt. Add the above said ingredients into a mixture. Add a little water and make it to consistency on idli batter. Then pour the batter in the idli maker and steam it for ten minutes. After ten minutes, tasty banana idlis are ready to be served. Since it is a sweet dish no side dish is needed.

Banana Dosa:

The preparation procedure is same for banana dosa as idli said above. Instead of rave you can add ric e flour also.But make the batter in a thin consistency so that it can be put into dosas on the pan. Also you can some raisins and cashews. Dosa also will have a sweet taste. Thus it will serve as good evening snacks.
