Anemia is one of the problems  

Ageing is a process that begins as soon as a person is born and goes until the life goes on. The process begins to pick up speed at the age of 25 onward when the cells of the different body parts begin to die at a faster rate including that of our brain where they die at the fastest rate. The human organs produce more cells while the old cells die and cells in some parts never reproduced again. 

The life of a human has several factors, which determine his health state in ever stage of his life. The environment, his economical condition are major factors to determines his status of health in his entire life therefore, the aging depends on a person’s various aspects and living style. However, we are going into the aspects of aging signs, which is one of the major problems faced by youth today for the life style they have adapted.

There are certain ways to take care of such problems, which show their signs in a certain manner like you can see dark circles under your eyes, your nails become white in color place of their regular reddish or pink color. You get a headache occasionally or you feel dizzy maybe out of breath even without going through a heavy work and you feel sleepy even after having a good sleep. These are signs of fatigue or maybe anemia, a symptom that indicates the lack of red blood cells in your body. This is a common disease faced by men and women but women are more prone to it due to different physical factors.

We need a certain quantity of iron to keep our body healthy and fit, as the iron is the main factor responsible for making red blood cells in our body. Level of hemoglobin differs according to countries, which stands at 11 to 14 for women and 12-15 for men according to medical standards in our country. These red blood cells in turn are converted into hemoglobin, responsible for supplying oxygen to blood from lungs.

Therefore, you should know the importance of iron in our body in a particular way, if our body lacks iron contents that straight away means lack of hemoglobin and ultimately oxygen in our system. When the level of hemoglobin goes down below nine in our body that is sign of mild anemia, which can be taken care of with changes of intake of our diets but if it goes down below seven then this is known as sever anemia and a case of medical care.

You shall be surprised to note that almost sixty percent women, especially in the lower classes the world over face this disease for different reasons. Moreover, the percentage goes higher in case of pregnant women where the number touches to almost eighty. The problem is not very severe in richer countries since the disease is related to dietary habits.

Another most common reason of anemia is over bleeding problem during menstruation periods. Breastfeeding is another reason that can cause anemia if prop diet not taken by the mother. Tumor in uterus is another reason of over bleeding also people having piles or intestinal ulcers suffer from anemia. Actually, the problem of anemia is not developed overnight. This happens to a person in various stages where the amount of iron is lowered and then number of RBC goes down gradually. This process always has tell-tail signs therefore any one should know it while anemia begins taking you in its grip.

As I mentioned earlier that the best way to keep anemia is to take proper diet containing enough iron in your food. Your diet should be balanced and as per your requirements specific. If you feel that you have symptoms mentioned above, you should meet your doctor or dietician, who can prescribe a proper food chart according to your test reports. Most dieticians prescribe mutton, chicken and eggs to the non-vegetarians and green veggie diets with fruits, which contain enough iron contents to the vegetarians to supplement their iron intake. Taking Vitamin C is useful with iron rich diet as it provides the maximum advantage in combination. In some cases, the iron supplements are prescribed to make speedy recovery as well.

-Eating of lots of red colored vegetables especially, tomato, beetroot, carrots, cucumbers, watermelon, pomegranate, apples, bananas and iron rich vegetables is one of the best ways to get rid of anemia. As this problem is related to malnutrition, therefore eating dry fruits is suggested but in limited quantity and in proper shape that can be easily digested. Pulses and chickpea are good supplements of rich diet so advisable to eat them in proper quantity.    

There are other ways to make a faster recovery -

  1. Never, feel afraid of your problem since we have remedy for every disease and every problem in modern medical science
  2. You should understand your problems and act accordingly that is no use you should feel too bad that only exaggerates the problem and takes more time to remove
  3. You should stop worrying, as that would not help your cause in any way4- Stressing only worsens the situations you should rather learn to face them effectively
  4. You should take proper rest and should avoid thinking about your illness that is going to be treated in due course of time anyways; it may take up to six months in some cases.
  5. Take a walk, whenever possible and make a few friends who can accompany you in your walking sessions.
  6. You should stop reading too much related to your diseases as they only increase your problems most of the times
  7. You should stop thinking about matters, which do not concern you in a real way but you keep thinking about them uselessly.
  8. If you are in a habit to say yes to any one learn to say no because you want some time for your own self and that could be one of the habits that brought you to such a stage.  
  9. You should learn to cope with the social environment of the area you live in because you cannot convert according to them every time which gives you stress and finally enjoy your life as much as possible in a regular schedule as enjoyment is known half the remedy.
