Everyone who is born in this world likes to live for a long period without any sort of ailments but even without wealth. It is not enough for simply desire to have such an ambition. However, we must necessarily understand as to how we could achieve our aim or goal. It is practically seen by most of us that all the desires are not being full filled, but everyone has to suffer or worry on one matter or other. However, we can definitely say that everybody had born in this world could live long without any ailments or worries if they are prepared to follow certain principles. First of all, everybody should take care towards maintaining their health, which is the most important thing to be borne in mind. First of all, it is quite necessary for everybody to think everything positively and plan for the daily routine in an order. To live long without any hurdles and to have longevity foods act the main role from which energy accumulates and gives strength to the body. Of course, nature has given everything, especially the power of resistance to prevent against diseases. To increase this power and to improve the health condition one must surely know what kind of food which his body will accept. In accordance with it, one has to plan, draw his food chart and follow it scrupulously. Anything consumed should be gotten digested within an hour. Every food item has the natural character that is some are hard and indigestible, and some others are easily digestible. First of all, we must understand this basic thing about the character of the food items. Only after digestion food is being converted into blood. To get an unpolluted blood it is quite necessary to consume food, which contains requisite qualifications to get pure blood. Secondly, the blood so formed should be spread over to all the parts of the body from head to foot. The wastes after the extraction from the food consumed should be pushed out through motion and urine.

As far as possible, it is to be compulsorily listed out in our food chart the green leaves, vegetables and fruits.

Every birth is a separate print and differs from various factors. “One-man’s food is another man’s poison”. So we should be careful to see whether a food taken by us is accepted by our body, easily digested and converted as pure blood. The circulation of the pure blood to every single part of the body is also to be keenly watched. If the blood is not properly formed or circulated to every single part, we will have to suffer from some ailments or other. It is better to prevent the ailments than their cure after their receipt. So what we have to do? First of all, we decide ourselves about the nature of our body and what are fit or not fit. This could be easily found out from our earlier intake and their result.

Generally, we should avoid taking the items grown under the earth. Most of the vegetables contain some energy or vitamins. So we have to select the suitable items and prepare a list. To some, vegetables containing mostly water will not be suitable. So they have to avoid such items. So also to somebody the hard stuffs like potato, etc., will not be suitable for their health and hence to be deleted. To some plantain and their other products will not suit, and hence such items should be deleted. However, generally the green leaves will be acceptable to everyone as they act the main role of pushing out the wastage items and clear the stomach as well as the spleen and kept in good condition. So also it is to be followed that just after the digestion of the earlier intake is completed the next dose should be taken that too only after due appetite. The basic principle is that the stomach should not be either overfilled or kept empty.

The next step is to give work to all the parts in the body for the purpose for which they have been offered. For example, we must use our brain to think deeply about the ways and means to lead a better and healthy life. In respect of legs, we must use them by adhering to the principles of a daily walk to some distance. So also in respect of hands to attend to our needs without seeking other’s assistance.  No age limit is prescribed to follow these principles. Everything is in our hands. To lead a life following such principles will generally be practiced for extending our life period without any sickness or worries. The first and the foremost things are not to think anything deeply and practiced to live peacefully without caring for any happenings either good or bad. This will make the mind light and avoid from worries. Nothing will happen by worrying about something or other. Most of the people will be in the habit of worrying themselves even for the smallest happenings. It is unnecessary. Nothing will be changed by worrying by a person. As per the advises of the great men, as for as possible we must be helpful to others in the matter of guiding them properly by offering suitable advises and make them to follow the principles to be adopted to have a simple, peaceful and worry less life without any sort of ailments.

If one is asked to tell whether he prefers a shorter life with immense wealth without health or a longer life without enormous wealth. Definitely, everyone will prefer to choose a life even with illness but with wealth. Though they definitely know that they would suffer very much by their choice. This is the tendency of human being but preferring enormous wealth, as though they would lead a pleasant life with wealth.

Of course, they do know that wealth will not anyway the proper solution to fulfill the basic needs like food, shelter and body coverage, which are clothes to wear. This sort of tendency is only due to fact that men could live permanently in this world without knowing that it is shorter one.

What will be going to get by possessing an enormous wealth? Even if he leaves them after his death for his descendants who knows that they would keep them as they were or to increase more from out of it or to spend lavishly and exhaust fully. Whatever may be what the use is for the person who accumulated so much of wealth?

If a man really wants to live a pleasant and meaningful life he has to understand that health alone will anyway be helpful to him.  Life without any ailments and worries will alone offer a pleasant, worry less and genuine life. Besides this, the man should practice offering love and affection towards other fellow human beings. This will definitely be useful as they will be in turn returned to him at the time of his needs. The enmity among human beings will definitely spoil the entire life with fear for all the time.

Now-a-days, it is a regular practice that chemical mixtures are found in all the items, including food and milk, etc. This will definitely be endangered to human health and ultimately caused to death. However, earnings will be more by mixing, but it will become a regular practice if it is continued and allowed. Chemical manures are applied to all kinds of crops, including paddy crops. So even if one has to plan to prepare his food chart and want to live with regular planning, it is now impossible to maintain his health as he has to necessarily use foods which is essential for his maintaining strength and basic living as per the availability in the market. So he will definitely be caught by some ailments or other. So everyone should be more careful, including the persons who have planned to live with some principles. Instead of constructing a number of hospitals and appointing doctors and surgeons it is better to be strict in paying more and proper attention to guard against the mixing items which are harmful to mankind to be avoided. Spending of huge sums towards medical expenditure if proper attention is paid to save health as long as one’s life time it is better course to be followed is to take a oath to consume only the organic foods and vegetables including green leaves excluded from the application of the chemical manures etc.
