How to increase the red blood cells?
Haemoglobin plays an important role in our healthiness, it is necessary to maintain a normal level. Haemoglobin is the iron-rich protein in our red blood cells. The normal range for men 14-18 mg/dL and adult women 12 - 16 mg / dL.  Decreasing number of red blood cells cause decreasing haemoglobin level.

Natural ways to maintain Haemoglobin level

Vitamin C deficiency will reduce the amount of hemoglobin. Papaya is rich in vitamin C, fruit, oranges, lemons, strawberries, bell peppers, broccoli, grapefruit, tomatoes and greens, containing vitamin C.
