How to increase the red blood cells?
Haemoglobin plays an important role in our healthiness, it is necessary to maintain a normal level. Haemoglobin is the iron-rich protein in our red blood cells. The normal range for men 14-18 mg/dL and adult women 12 - 16 mg / dL.  Decreasing number of red blood cells cause decreasing haemoglobin level.


Natural ways to maintain Haemoglobin level
Folic acid is needed to produce the red blood cells. So in case of folic acid deficiency, hemoglobin levels will be reduced automatically. Folic acid is abundant in green vegetables, liver, rice, sprouted lentils, dried beans, wheat germ, fortified cereals, nuts, bananas and broccoli foods.


Beetroot
Beetroot is recommended to increase the amount of hemoglobin in abundance. Iron, folic acid, fiber and potassium, which is normal. All of these nutrients help increase the number of red blood cells in the body.


Apple
Eating an apple a day can maintain normal hemoglobin levels. Apples are rich in iron, along with many other things, is the health benefit. Everyday eating an apple with the peel (if possible Green Apple) is good for health.


Foods rich in iron

Do some exercises every day. When you exercise, your body oxygen level will increase. Aerobic exercise is recommended for increasing the oxygen level for the body.


Vitamin C 

Vitamin C deficiency will reduce the amount of hemoglobin. Papaya is rich in vitamin C, fruit, oranges, lemons, strawberries, bell peppers, broccoli, grapefruit, tomatoes and greens, containing vitamin C.
