Hi Everyone Each and  everyone wanted to be fit and healthy and in that mind we do not take proper care about the food habits of our daily life . We all of us will look how fit we and how much weight we have to loose in that sense we all do exercises and aasanas and follow each and everything.  It is good to us  by doing exercies  at the same time we will loose calories  also we will be get wearines. So after exercise we need to follow a proper diet . When we are doing exercise our heart will beat fast and we will feel weariness and feel like drinking water and we will drink water and eat something when we feel hungry.This not correct for body , we should wait till our nerves comes to rest and then we can take water. Accoridng to a survey and advice  by doctors is it good not to have any type of food for one hour after exercise so that digestion takes place fast. If  we feel very hungry or wanted to take anything we need to take only coconut water or glucose water as sugar and glycogen are required for body and at the same time we get engery with these fluids. Omega -3 ,fatty aamla and proteins are requied to take for good health ,Egg is one which is rich in proteins and the nutrients in that egg will help our heart and mind to work properly.Those who are not interested to take boiled egg you can just mix the egg with vegetables and eat as it gives strength to your body so it is good to have egg everyday. Milk and soya milk also help us to be strong and even oats also help us to be fit Palak , beans will also gives us proteins and eating boiled vegetables in mornging also help us to be fit Those who are doing exercies it is good to have all the above and even bannana is also adviceable to eat as it is increases potassium and chicken which increases calcium,manganese ,zinc,iron All are adviced to follow the above guidelines to have a healthy and fit body
