Acne is a common problem through which many people suffer. It should be avoided specially.One should avoid taking of large amount of milk items like butter, cheese etc as they may cause acne. One should also try to avoid eating meat .

Foods that are enriched in fiber should be avoided and there must be a complete no towards spicy food.One should drink lot of water and should try to avoid cold drinks. Acne problem can get severe and also last for years if proper care is not taken. So you must take proper care of all your eating habits to avoid acne.
