  • Instead of taking soft drinks, prefer fruit juice or salty lassi.
  • Order for less-fat salad. Remember that the salad that contains mixed butter, is not good for health. The one that contains lemon or low-fat curd, is very good for health.

Along with this, some precautions need to be taken. Be strict on our rules.

  • Try to go out to eat only on special occasions.
  • Never go to a restaurant empty-stomach. This is because most restaurants have dinner very late. If you will go very hungry, in absense of dinner, you will start eaten high-fat and high-calorie snacks. So try to eat fruits in such cases.
  • Don’t ever drink alcohol, either before or after your dinner. They are very high in calories.
  • Say no to all items made up of large amount of fats and butter.
  • Don’t eat more than your hunger just because you have ordered for an item. Instead, you can get it packed and take it home. You can have it when yo are hungry or you can even give it to some needy on the way.

Good luck for your calorie-control campaign.
