December is perfect for warm, cozy, and of course snacks! Here are the most delicious recipes that are not difficult to make it yourself!

Hot chocolate

What you need:

* 2 liters milk

* 50 grams of cocoa

* 100 g sugar

* 2.5 dl cream

How to prepare?

Bring the milk to the boil 2 liters. While doing this can make the cocoa in a bowl and mix with the sugar. Add to this a dash of milk, and mix until you then get a kind of paste. This mixture can be added to the pan with milk. Then you put the gas layer, and let it simmer. For the whipped cream you can always buy a spray can in the store, but better to buy a cup of cream that you yourself have to be right.

Your chocolate is ready! Pour into a nice mug or tall glass and garnish with lots of whipped cream. Of course you want to decorate it with some cocoa powder on top of whipped cream or a shot of rum in the chocolate.

Filled biscuit

What you need:

* 250 grams self-raising flour

* 2 tablespoons spice

* 150 grams brown sugar

* 150 grams butter

* 2 tablespoons milk

* 300 g almond paste

* 50 grams almonds

* 1 egg yolk

How to prepare?

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.

Do it self raising flour with a pinch of salt, spices and brown sugar in a bowl, and cut the butter into the bowl. Add the milk and knead until dough stuff. Then press half the dough on a baking sheet, smeared with butter. Do this in the form that you ultimately want the stuffed gingerbread. Then you spread the almond paste on this form out to about 1 cm from the edge. Lay the second half of dough on top. You can then start re 'decorating' the filled biscuits, the tonsils out to do, and then smear the top with beaten egg yolk.

Slide the baking sheet just below the center of the oven. Bake the filled biscuit in about a half hour 3 minutes until golden. Let the gingerbread cool flush.

Spice Nuts

What you need:

* 125 grams self raising flour

* 50 grams brown sugar

* 35 grams butter

* 1 teaspoon syrup

* 1 / 2 teaspoon spices

* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

* 2 tablespoons milk

How to prepare?

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

Put all above ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead together. This is easiest when you should make your hands just below the crane is so not everything will stick to your hands. Knead until a nice ball. Make this dough into small balls. They can do little better than too large, since they are still rising in the oven.

You can spice nuts in a frying pan is best. Grease the baking pan with butter first, and then put all the nuts in grass. Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven brown. Then release the spice nuts to cool, and ready!

A nice touch is also the spice nuts (after packing) to cover with melted chocolate. So bake your own delicious chocolate spice nuts!
