     EVENING SNACK:

  •         Evening snack can be any drink with sugar and a fistful of roasted groundnuts.

     DINNER:

         Dinner must  have  high carbohydrate foods and some side dishes. As we go for sleep body requires energy for metabolism.

  •         Cooked rice with any side dishes.
  •         Chapatis made of wheat.

   SNACKS :

           Oily foods or junk foods cause damage to digestive system. They must be consumed with some caution.

  •          50 g of noodles or pasta or macaroni.
  •          2 slices of pizza.
  •          4 slices of white bread.
  •          2 samosas.
  •          2 puffs.
  •          1 small bun.
  •          1 roti.
  •          1 parotta or dosa.
  •          50 g of sweets.

    Any one of these snacks can be combined with a serving of vegetables or fruits. They can be raw or cooked. You can also include the following:

  •         pulses.
  •         low fat dairy products.
  •         mushrooms.
  •         white meat( fish and chicken) .
  •         egg.
