DINNER:

SNACKS :
Oily foods or junk foods cause damage to digestive system. They must be consumed with some caution.
- 50 g of noodles or pasta or macaroni.
- 2 slices of pizza.
- 4 slices of white bread.
- 2 samosas.
- 2 puffs.
- 1 small bun.
- 1 roti.
- 1 parotta or dosa.
- 50 g of sweets.
Any one of these snacks can be combined with a serving of vegetables or fruits. They can be raw or cooked. You can also include the following:
- pulses.
- low fat dairy products.
- mushrooms.
- white meat( fish and chicken) .
- egg.
