Vegetables are healthy and are important for a good digestive system. Vegetables gives us almost all the vitamins and are low on calories. Vegetables are essential for our healthy eye sight, for our healthy hair, for our daily vitamin requirement, for our blood purification and for the fiber requirement which helps us to get rid of our body wastes. Some of the most important vegetables that we should include in our daily diet are Spinach, Radish, Broccoli, Cucumber, French Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrots, Cabbage etc. Onion is also an important vegetable. It can be eaten raw or cooked. It is a taste enhancer. It not only detoxifies our blood but it also cleans our rusty knives too. It is a good mosquito repellant. Green, Red Fresh and Cocktail Onions are mostly used in India. It is an important ingredient in many recipes. From the Asian cuisines to the Chinese and from Chinese cuisines to the Continental it is a must. Italian Pizzas, Hyderabadi Gosht Biriyanis, Chinese Hakka Noodles are all incomplete and tasteless without it. Onions, when cooked with Garlic, Wiped Cream, Tomatoes and Butter gives a mouth watering rich gravy which is liked by everyone. It is a must for our Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian dishes. As per the latest report China shares the first and India shares the second position in its production. In India, it is produced in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Bihar. It is a necessity. Without them our food will be tasteless, our body will fail to ditoxify our blood and we might fail to get rid of our body wastes.
