Now a days there are many people who is suffering with diabetes many members don't know which food must be taken or not. In this article I am going to say diet for the diabetic patient. Taking care of health is more important because we are seeing many people who is suffering with diabetes for making simple mistakes.

The Diet must not take by diabetic Patient:

1. Patient must not take High fat food, salt and undue sweet sugar which is harmful to body.

2. Patients must not take Carbohydrate foods.

3. It's better to avoid sugar, Potatoes, Bread, White rice because these food is having high carbohydrates these are more danger to diabetic patients. These are having high glucose levels when inhaled in to blood they should produce enough insulin.

4. Do not take cakes, candies, chocolates and other sugar related food things.

5. Cool drinks, soda drinks out side juices also make harm to the diabetic patients.

6. Fast foods which are available out side may harm more to the sugar patients.

 

The Diet for diabetic Patient:

1. There must not be longer gap between any two meals. When there is a long period between the meals means the falling down of glucose levels takes place.

2. Meals must be taken into three times in a day i.e, morning, afternoon and night.

3. They can take snakes at 11.00 am and at 5.00 pm which is good for health.

4.  Diabetic patients also needed food like a common person but they should not take food which is having more carbohydrates due to these blood sugar level increases.

5. Sugar, sweets, rice, banana must be taken in fewer ratios.

6. Foods like corn flour, chapatti, vegetables and fruits are good for health even though this is having carbohydrates these are good for health.

7. Proteins are more important to diabetic patient. These proteins are available from beans, vegetables, green leaf vegetables, milk, curd, panner for vegetarians.

8. For non-vegetarians beef, pork, liver, kidney and badam are good for them.

Every day they must choose food containing of minerals and vitamins.
