Depression this is the word we are hearing now a days from many people. As this is busy life every one will fell stress which makes in to depression. There is some food which makes you feel free from depression. Ice creams, fast food, chips and some other foods. Now I am going to tell some of the foods which make you feel from depression.

Foods that give relief from depression:

Almonds: These are having high source of Magnesium. Due to less magnesium in body is also cause of depression. So when you feel depressed better to have almonds. It is better to take foods which are having high magnesium content such as black beans, spinach and potatoes.

Sea food: When you are depressed free radicals are formed. They make you feel stress. These are also one of the main reasons for depression. These kill living cells in human body which makes you to feel depressed. Taking sea foods like salmon, Tuna and Pollock they fight for free radicals. When the depressed person taken this sea food feel fresh instantly.

Milk: When you are depressed have a cup of milk. Taking of milk products like yogurt must be in diet regularly. Milk contains large quantity of fatty acids that makes you feel fresher. These fatty acids reduce the free radicals in the body. Taking of milk is better with out adding any tea powder or coffee powder.

Chicken: The new studies are saying that eating chicken also helps in removing from depression. As this is good news for chicken lovers. Chicken is rich in proteins and contains amino acids. This boosts your body and keeps you fresh for entire day.

Starchy-foods

Carbohydrates: There is a belief taking carbohydrates make you fat. But there is a truth taking carbohydrates makes you feel free from depression. So it is better to take cereals and whole grains.

Chocolate

Dark chocolate: This is the last one in which we are going to end this topic that is dark chocolate. Chocolate contains cocoa which is very high in anti depressant properties. This contains Vitamin B which is better for health of brain.

So when you are depressed try any of these foods to make you feel free from depression.
