Job holders do shopping in their weekends. Some of them do twice in a week or monthly. So storage of food is more importance for them. If they did not taken measures of food they may spoil and they will be no use after spoiling. Green leaf vegetables are very good for health. We can take them daily in our diet. For keeping them fresh we must  cut them in to leaves and keep them in the news papers so that they may not spoil.

We all think the oil what we use in our house will not spoil. But the unknown fact is that the oil will also spoil this is mainly for olive oil. When it is not stored in correct place it may loose its nutritional values. For this the better option is taking of oil from the gas stoves as the heat which is released from gas may spoil the oil.

The next one is chilies If we had not taken special care of this ones they may dry up in few days after buying. For this a simple step is store them in a tight containers.

Milk products storing is the main task. Milk must be boiled periodically to preserve it. Butter can be stored in refrigerator by keeping it in a glass container. After buying cheese remove its plastic cover and wrap with a waxed cover and store in a warmest place. It is better to take cheese after three days.

Never keep heated food in refrigerator as that smell changes the food and that you cannot consume next.

Vegetables must be kept in the corner of the refrigerator so that they can be fresh.
