Omelette is a very food we will eat omelette in dinner but we can prefer this as a breakfast recipe also. This is so easy to make but also good for health. Omelette is made with Egg it contains white as it has many health benefits. The white which contain in egg is low in cholesterol this can be taken by Obesed people also with out any doubt. This also  rich in proteins and vitamins which is also good for the heart. Please Avoid egg yolk while making omelette to stay healthy. You can try stuffed omelette too. This stuffed omelette will be usually made in turkey. Now you are going to learn omelette for two people which will take less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Eggs- 4-6
  • Grated cheddar cheese- 1 cup
  • Onion- 2 (chopped)
  • Spring onions/scallions - 4 (chopped finely)
  • Black pepper powder- 2tsp
  • Unsalted butter- 4 tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste

Procedure

  1. Heat 4 tbsp butter in a frying pan.
  2. Now Add onions and spring onions in to the pan.
  3. Cook both onions on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
  4. Now take them in to a bowl.
  5. Now mix it with grated cheese.
  6. now take a small bowl beat the eggs and whisk.
  7. Add salt and pepper powder to the whisk until it becomes fluffy.
  8. pour this omelette whisk on the pan and heat it on a medium flame.
  9. When it is hot add 2tsp butter.
  10. Move the pan roundily so that the butter spreads around the pan.
  11. Pour the whisked egg on the pan.
  12. wait for 3 seconds so that it become brown in colour.
  13. Now move the pan so that egg moves to pan edges.
  14. When it is cooked, you can flip to the other side and cook.
  15. Then the hot hot omlette is ready to eat.
