The brain should be sharp to memorize what we study. The food which helps in improving the sharpness and concentration of the brain should be consumed.

Apple:

Anti-Oxidants are available in the apple fruit. These Anti-Oxidants will show their effect on brain. Moreover, the Anti-oxidants have a energy to fight with Alzheimer’s cells.

Dry Fruits:

The dry fruits contain more nutrients and proteins. These help in improving our brain. They send out the waste material from the body. These will help students by making their brain sharp.

Fishes: 

Omega 3 fatty acids which are present in the fishes will cure the forgetting problem and improve concentration capability. Eating fish is good for growth of brain. These give the fat which is good for our body. Children should be fed with the fishes thrice a week. So that they will be active and study very well. Instead of fishes, we can use oils made of fishes.

Seeds:

Vitamin E and zinc will show good effect on brain. These are available in sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. These seeds can be taken with the salads and soups.

Olive Oil:

Usage of Olive Oil in cooking which increase memory and concentration. Olive contains fat which are good for our health. Especially this fat which is good for our health will show good effect on our nerves. So we should heat Olive Oil for more time and it should for a little time only that means just warm because the nutrients won’t store in this Oil.

Flax seeds:

These seeds can be stored for more days. These seeds can be made into powder and can be used in cooking items like curries, soups and rice. These seeds play a major role in improving our memory and concentration which will help us in studies.

Honey: 

This will improve our memory. The anti-Oxidants which present in honey will send out the free-radicals which are present in our body and it will activate the cells in our brain.

Spinach: 

This is a green leafy vegetable which contains folic acid which improves our memory power. So it is suggested to have spinach when a woman is pregnant as the baby will be more active when born. This vegetable should be taken by the student’s at least 4 times in week as it give good result in them by making them more active.
