Pregnant women have lots of food cravings. Taking a good diet is good for women when they are pregnant. Many pregnant women like to take junk and spicy food. Many pregnant women like junk food. Pregnant women must be careful when taking any diet. Mostly to avoid food which is available on roads. Try to keep away from junk food as this is good for your health as well as baby health.

These are some of the foods to stay away during pregnancy:

Soda: Pregnant women should not take soda as this contains gas and also rich in calories. Due to this may cause indigestion.
Meat: It is better to avoid meat which is not fresh. Women who loves eating hamburgers is better to avoid them during pregnancy.
Not to take frozen foods: As this contains large quantity of salt which is inorganic to health.
Noodles: This is a fast food with high calories and salt. Pregnant women must avoid this as it is difficult to digest.

Food to be taken during Pregnancy:

Yoghurt: This is rich in calcium. Taking yoghurt makes bones strengthens.
Whole Grains: These are rich in fibre and also nutritious foods. These are easily digested with low calories.
Low fat cheese: This is a good food with less calories and high in calcium. Calcium is more important when women is pregnant.
Juices: Taking juices which are made with carrots and beetroot as this is healthy during pregnancy. Taking all juices except papaya and pine apple as they are not good during pregnancy.
Carrots: These contains vitamin A and vitamin C. This is good for eyes and skin.
Fruits: Eat plenty of fruits during pregnancy. But keep away from foods like papaya and pineapple. When ever you feel hungry you can have fruits with out any doubt.
Fresh Salads: This is good for health during Pregnancy. These are rich in vitamins and more nutrients. As this contains low food calories.
