I know we always prefer to go to special Restaurant to have the Lunch or Dinner, either alone or with friends or with family members. There is always a speciality in each and every retaurant which we want to have.

As usual yesterday (Wednesday) I decided to go the dinner with my wife and son to the restaurant which we prefer. The reason behind going to the same restaurant is the good service and the tasty Non Vegetarian dishes. There was not that much rush yester being the middle of the week.  We occupy the table right in the corner. Just had the look at the table next to us and there was another family was sitting their.

I never order the food whenver I am with my family members, it is my son and wife who decide what to order. So my wife and son chose some starter like Chilli Chicken (Dry) and Chicken Cafreal (Goan Special Chicken dish) and other items like Kolhapuri Chicken, Roties and chicken fried Rice.

We were busy eating our chicken dishes and suddenly heard the noise fro next table, lady was calling the waiter and was complaining that the food they have supplied was not tasty as they have expected. We just have the look at their table and what they have ordered. They had order mostly Fish dishes and some chicken dishes. Waiter has no answer for what that lady was saying. So waiter called the Manager of the Restaurant.

The Manager after listening to the customer told them that he will change the food items and will replaced the another one and ask them to choose the other items. But the lady was not ready to listen and grumble for the bad taste food being served to them. Started saying that she wanted to speak to Cook to know how he has cooked the food and what ingredient he has added. Just to pacify the lady i.e. the customer the manager called the cook on the floor.

Listening to what the lady was saying, cook said that "he is the best cook available in that area and till now no one has complaint about the dishes he has prepared". 

We finished our dinner and asked for the bill. Along with the bill they gave us the Guest Book to our feedback regarding the food we had and their service. I made the payment and usually I use to write on Guest book but this time my son told me that he is going to write the remarks. 

I was shock to read what he has written in the guest book remark. he has mentioned:- "It is not the cook who should say that he is the BEST Cook in the World, but is those who eat the food that he has has prepared should."

So in short never ever tries to appreciate yourself for what you have done but get the appreciation from others.
