Indian Version of GM Diet

Loosing weight can give you nightmares. I know because it has done that to me. However a friends advice worked miracles for me. She forwarded me this chart with details of a diet. Its called the GM diet. There are a million debates, if it has anything to do with the staff at GM. I can't comment on that, however I can assure that you can loose weight with this diet.

Here is how it goes

Explaning what the above means

  1. Day one :-  This is the day, when you have to eat all fruits but you cannot eat banana, you can eat as many fruits you want as many times as you want. But it has to be all fruits. This actually helps in cleaning all the toxins from the body and burn the stored fats. You cannot have tea, you cannot have fruit juices, you cannot have any oil, or any kind of food, or vegetables. They say its better to have fruits that have high water intake. Like Water Melon.
  2. Day Two :-  This is all vegetables , you can eat potatoes and all vegetables that you can eat, as many times as you like. No roti, no rice, that is the only problem. However it can be worked out. Check the menu I have posted below
  3. Day Three :- This day is a combination of fruits and vegetables, However you cannot eat banana and potatoes. As again no rice and roti.  You can eat salads however, so eat as much as you can. This day goes a little tough
  4. Day Four :- This day is a simple diet of banana and milk. People who dont like banana's will have to survive on milk. If you like banana's it is a very easy day. Have as much milk as you can. Only problem no bonvita, no horlicks ,no tea, no coffee.
  5. Day Five :- This is a heavy stuffed food day, you can have Mutton, if you are a vegetarian then Panner, Eat lots of tamatoes and sprouts.
  6. Day Six  :-  Sprouts and vegetables, a lot of things you cant eat on this day again. The reason for so many deviations is to make your body work out on the fats and teach the body how to burn the carbohyders
  7. Day Seven :- Normal food day, however you have to eat brown rice, vegetables and sprouts. The thing with this day is you want to break the diet , drink tea and want to have milk and you want to just start eating normal. Dont do that . Just wait one more day. Check your weight. You must have lost atleast 3 kg's

Dont worry you won't starve, you just need to eat what is mentioned above and not eat everything you like
