Hi friends in this article let us see how to prepare Almond  Mutton.

Ingredients:

Meat 75gms.
Coconut 1no.  
Almonds 35. 
Ginger 2(small pieces) 
Garlic 8 flakes. 
Onions 4 nos. 
Green chili chopped 4nos. 
Coriander powder 1 tsp. 
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. 
Curd 2cups.
Caraway seeds 1/2 tsp.
Dry red chilies 5-7 nos. 
Cloves 6 nos. 
Cinnamon sticks 4 nos. 
Ghee 6 tbsp.
Salt to taste

Directions to cook:


step1  First wash the meat and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
step2  Now marinate it in a mixture of Curd/Yogurt and turmeric for about 1 hour. 
step3  In the mean time grate the coconut and extract the milk twice.
step4  Now soak the almonds in hot water, wash and peel, then grind them to a fine paste.
step5  Grind the garlic and ginger. Then grind the red chilies along with the salt, to a fine paste. 
step6  Heat Ghee in a saucepan, add cloves, cinnamon, cardamoms, caraway seeds and onions.
step7  After the onions are lightly fried, add the ginger and garlic paste, then add the ground chilies.
step8  Now allow to cook in sim condition till onions are well browned, add the meat and cover the saucepan.
step9  Add a little amount of water after the meat is half cooked.
step10 Add the coconut milk, when the meat is tender, now add the almond paste.
step11 After that allow it to cook for about 5minutes.
step12 Serve hot with Butter Naan,Paratha.
