Hi friends here let us see how to prepare Garlic Fried Rice. Its different from the ordinary fried rice here the aroma of garlic is heavy and its good for health also. I hope you will try this recipe.


Rice 2 cups
Garlic paste 1 tbsp.
Garlic 1 tbsp.(finely Chopped)
Dry Red chilies 2 nos.
Spring onion 1 cup (Round thin slices)
Carrot 1/4 cup(finely Chopped)
Capsicum 1/4 cup(finely Chopped)
Spring onion 1/2 cup(finely Chopped)
Soya sauce 3 tbsps.
Oil 3 tbsps.
Garlic chili sauce 1 tbsp.
Fried walnuts 8 nos.(For garnishing)
Salt to taste.
Ajinomoto a pinch.

Directions to cook:

step1 First wash and soak the rice for about 10 minutes.
step2 Now boil water, add rice and a little salt.
step3 Cook untill rice becomes tender.
step4 Now Drain and add cold water. Drain again.
step5 Keep in an open vessel and use after it gets cooled.
step6 Heat the oil in a non-stick pan with high edges.
step7 Now add the Garlic Paste, chopped garlic and red chili. Fry lightly.
step8 Add the spring onion, carrot, capsicum, ajinomoto and salt. Stir and fry in high flame for about 3 minutes.
step9 Add the rice, spring onion tops, Soya sauce and garlic chili sauce. Allow it to fry in high flame for about 3 minutes.
step10 Serve very hot with noodles.
