In this article let us see how to make Orange rice.Its good for DIABETIC patients.

Ingredients

1cup rice, uncooked
1cup water
1cup orange juice 
1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
1 tbsp. orange rind, freshly grated
1/2cup fresh orange sections, seeded
Salt to taste

Method

1.In a large deep dish, combine the rice, water, orange juice, margarine and salt.
2.Allow the mixture to cook in microware for 5 minutes,cover the bowl.
3.Stir in the orange rind and turn the bowl 1/4 turn.
4.Now microwave on high for an additional 10 minutes.
5.Allow to set, covered for about 10 minutes or until all the liquid gets absorbed.
6.Before serving add orange sections and mix gently.
