Exercising and eating food in control is necessary to reduce weight but there are certain foods that help in fighting weight which play a important part. Some of them are as mentioned as below

1. Green vegetables- Green vegetables contain vitamins and minerals that are needed by a human body for growth and survival. Green vegetables are nutritious and doesnt increases the weight of a person. The fiber present in green vegetables is useful to contol the blood sugar level also. 2.Almonds - Often your parents or grand parents might have adviced you to take almonds daily but you might have avoided them . you might have never known the benefits of eating almonds in reducing the body fat. Almonds help to keep the bowels movement in check and reducing weight.

6.Oranges - It has always been heard that oranges are very good for skin and for getting clear and skin with shine. Oranges are also helpful in reducing weight. Oranges help in long run  to store less fat in body.

7.Strawberries and amla  - Strawberries and amla are both enriched with vitamin C. Eating vitamin C rich food just before working out can help burning out more weight than a normal work out.

8.Swiss cheese-  Calcium enriched food help in buring fat in reducing weight.Cheese is rich in calcium which helps in breaking fat content .

9. Cinnamon -  Cinnamon helps in controling blood sugar level and helps in preventing the body to store fat.
