Preparation Of Instant Choco Coconut Burfi

Here is the step by step explanation for preparation of Choco coconut burfi.

 

Ingredients:

  1. Coco powder – 5 Table spoons.
  2. Designated coconut powder – 2 Cups.
  3. Milk maid – 1 Cup.
  4. Ilachi powder – 1 Tea spoon.
  5. 1 Aluminium foil.
  6. Red or green food color – optional.

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Take a bowl and add coconut powder and ilachi powder to it.
  2. Now add milk maid to it to make a tight ball similar to chapatti mix.
  3. Depending on the presentation required, divide the mix into two or three equal halves.
  4. Now add coco powder to one ball and mix well.
  5. To another part add food color, mixed with little water and mix well. This is an optional step for making the recipe look more colorful.
  6. Roll all the balls separately, and roll them again together into a single roll.
  7. Now roll this tightly in an aluminum foil and refrigerate it for 15 mins.
  8. After 15 minutes, remove the roll out of the aluminum foil and cut the roll into slices and serve.
