ALLOO VADA:
 
Ingriedients: 15 to 30small patatoes;
                      gralic chutny;
                      green sandwich chutny;
                      besan 2 1/2 cup ;
                      salt to taste;
                      pinch of afasitado;
                      oil to fry patatoes.
 
Method: Take apressure cooker wash patatoes properly add salt little add water.
put it for boiling upto 2 wistles; now take bowl take besan for adding salt as per taste ; add hing(afasitado); add water make thik paste; keep aside .
Now remove aloo from cooker. let it cool. peel off skin of aloo.make little hole in aloo with the help of fork.heat oil . now put 2 cut on opposite side of aloo.add 1 side garlic chutny.on other side green chtuny.add to butter of besan and put to deep fry in oil. for medium flame.till they get golden brown.like batatwada u get out side.
