Yummy Choco Bisc Cake

 

Preparation time : 1 hour.

 

Ingredients:

 

Marie biscuits - 2 packet.

Butter - 12 tbsp.

Powdered sugar - 12 tbsp.

Drinking chocolate - 2 tbsp.

Cocoa powder - 2tbsp.

10 gms chopped Almonds.

10 gms chopped Walnuts.

10 gms chopped Cashew.

 

For coffee mixture :

 

2 tbsp coffee powder.

1 cup of water.

1 tbsp of sugar.

 

Method:

 

Beat butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.

Add drinking chocolate and cocoa powder and mix it well.

Your chocolate mixture is ready.

Mix coffee ,water and sugar together and boil it till sugar dissolve .

Your coffee mixture is ready.

Dip four biscuits in coffee mixture.

Place these biscuits on a flat Dish

Spread a little of the butter, sugar, chocolate mixture evenly on these biscuits.

Add another layer of coffee soaked biscuits.

Repeat the process till all the biscuits are over.

Spread a layer of chocolate mixture on the last layer of biscuits.

Decorate with almonds ,walnuts and cashew

Place the dish in the freezer and freeze for 30 to 45 minutes.

Cut into pieces of the desired shape and serve chilled.

 

Tips :

 

One can serve it with Vanilla ice cream.

You can top it with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
