Mutter Paneer Masala

Ingredients :

Two hundred fifity grams clean green peas 
Three Hundred grams paneer 
Three numbers clove 
One tablespoon cumin 
Five tablespoon cardamom 
One stick cinnamon

Hundred grams tomato 
Fifty grams ginger garlic fix 
One tablespoon red chili crush 
Half coriander crush 
Half tablespoon turmeric crush 
Seventy five grams curd 
Salt as per requirement A pinch garam masala crush
Oil for frying

technique :

create a crush out of tomato in a mixer.
