Bengal gram dal – 1 cup

Dry dates – 1 ½ cup

Sugar powder – 1cup

Dry coconut powder – 1 ½ cup

Elachi powder – 1sp

Ghee – according to the requirement

 

Preparation:

Chop dry dates into thin pieces. Now take bowl and boil sugar powder, next add dry coconut powder, dry dates, elachi powder and mix all of them thoroughly. Now pour this mixture on a ghee applied plate. Take a knife, cut the mixture into pieces and decorate the pieces with dates and caju .
