Ingredients:

Rice - 1 cup

Smashed jaggery - 1cup

Dry coconut pieces

White sesame seeds

Elachi powder - 1sp

Ghee - 2sp

Oil - according to the requirement

Preparation :

Take bowl and soak rice in water one day before. Now dry the soaked rice by spreading on the cloth till  the rice is left with bit wet. Take a pan and fry sesame seeds without using oil. Next add ghee and fry coconut pieces. Now take another pan add some water and boil the smashed jaggery till it melts to form threads. Now mix ground rice, fried coconut and sesame seeds. After few minutes switch off the flame and mould the mixture when it is hot.
