Ingrediants:

Boiled koramenu fish - 1cup

garlic petals

chopped ginger - 2spoons

chopped green chilli - 4

pepper powder - 1 1/2spoon

chopped onion - 1

chopped fenugreek leaves - 1/2cup

salt - according to the taste 

oil - according to the requirement to fry

eggs - 4

garamasala - 1/2spoon

lime juice - 1/2 spoon

Process -

Take a bowl and place it on stove, then add 4 spoons of oil and fry onions in that. Now add ginger, garlic petals, green chilli,fenugreek leaves, salt on small fame. Now add boiled fishpieces and garamasala poweder then fry for 10minutes. Finally sprinkle pepper powder and off the stove.and add lime juice. After this miixture gets cooled  mix eggs yolks. If necessary add some salt. Now place a pan on the stove and heat 2spoons of oil on it. After that drop the mixture like omlit on the pan and fry it, till it turns in golden yellow color on both the sides.
