Ingredients:

Capsicum – 250g

Tomato – 100g

Cumin powder – 2spoons

Coriander seeds – 2spoons

Onion – 2

Green chili – 4

Curry leaf – 2 stems

Red chili – 6

Butter- according to the taste

Salt- according to the taste

Oil – 1spoon

Process –

Chop onions, green chilies, and Red chilies. Now take a bowl, add chopped onions, green chilies, and Red chilies and curry leaves. Now add some water and boil them. Place a bowl on the stove and heat some oil in it. Now add the boiled mixture of onions, green chili and red chili in the oil then fry it for some time. Now chop the capsicum and tomato then fry. After some time add cumin powder, coriander seeds powder, chili powder and mix them thoroughly. Now stop the flame. Take a pan and add oil then place it on the stove. Drop the mixture like dosa on the pan and apply red chili powder at the ends of the dosa. In the middle of the dosa arrange capsicum curry which is prepared before and then add butter on the capsicum curry. After the dosa gets fried completely, serve it in a plate. You eat this with the tomato soas or potato curry. This is a very tasty snack. Healthy and nutritious food as capsicum is included. People will like to eat it. It is very easy to make. Very short recipe. You can prepare it in 15 minutes.
