Ingrediants:

Paneer – 1 ½cup

Rice – 1 ½cup

Oil – ¼ cup

Green Peas – 1/2cup

Caju – ½ cup

Finely Chopped Coconut – ½ cup

Chopped Carrot – ½ cup

Chopped onion stems -1 1/4cup

Chili tomato sauce – 2 spoons

Ginger Garlic paste – 2 spoons

Garam Masala Powder – 1/2spoon

Salt – according to the taste

Pepper

Coriender

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl.

2.Place it on the stove.

3. Add some oil and heat it.

4.Now add Paneer Pieces, caju and fry them thoroughly in oil.

5.Now wash rice with water then cook it.

6.Now mix salt finely in the cooked rice and wait until it gets cooled.

7.Then place another bowl on the stove.

8.Heat some oil in it.

9.Add ginger garlic paste and fry it.10.Add chopped onion stems, green peas, chopped carrot while frying the ginger garlic paste and mix them finely.

10. After 5 minutes add chili sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, garam masala powder and salt according to taste.

11.Now add the mixture which we prepared before.

12. Finally garnish with coriander, finely chopped coconut and off the flame.

13.Therefore paneer fried rice is ready.
