Ingredients : Rice - 500 gms 1 big coconut, Cashewnuts 100 gms Ginger- garlic paste 100 gms Boiled peas -10 Ghee - 10 gms Green chilies  -10 gms Salt according to taste Lemon according to tast and for garnish   Method :   Wash rice and spread on cloth to dry in shade. Grind coconut and add water and remove coconut milk and again grind add water and remover coconut milk, keep the cocount paste aside. Put rice in pressure cooker and cook with coconut milk, for 3 minutes, when pressure cools remove rice in a big flat plate and add salt and lemon. Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste , green chillies and coconut paste and fry for 2 minutes and mix in the rice. Serve hot garnished with lemon circles.
