Ingredients,

  1. Cabbage-1 Small.
  2. Moong Dal -50 Gms.
  3. Tomatoe-1.
  4. Green Chillies- 4 to 5.
  5. Turmeric-1 Pinch.
  6. Jeera-1 Spoon.
  7. Oil-4 Tea Spoons
  8. Salt-As per taste
  9. Curry Leaves.
  10. Coriander.

 

Method,

Heat 4 spoons of oil in the pan and add 1 spoon of Jeera, Curry leaves and 1 pinch of turmeric and fry a little. Add slit green chillies,sliced tomatoe fry for a minute then add the cut cabbage into the pan. Add some water and allow it to boil after 10 mins add the moong dal, Salt as per taste and allow to boil for some time. Once the water gets dried garnish it with coriander
