Ingrediants: Thick milk - 125gm badam - 15  kaju - 15 dry dates - 5 honey - 2 spoons milk cream - 2 spoons   Preparation time - 1 hour 10 minutes Preparation -  Take a bowl. Add kaju, badam,dry dates . Now soak them in water for 4 hours. So better to soak them 4 hours before we prepare the dry fruit milk shake. Now take another bowl. Place it on the stove. Add milk and let them boil until they become half of the milk we added before. After the milk get boiled. Wait until it get cooled. then freeze the cooled milk in refrezerator for 1 hour. after 1 hour take the milk out of the refrezerator. Now take the soaked badam seeds and peal the skin of the them . Now finely grind the badam seeds, kaju and dry dates in mixy. Then add milk, sugar, honey and once milk all them in mixy. So that they all get mixed finely for better taste. Now take this mixture into serving classes. Then garnish them by sprinkling chopped chocolate, pista on the mixture in the glasses. There fore the mixture will be yummy in taste. About the item dry fruits Milk shake: Actually Most of the people know about milk shake but always haveing milk shake is also bit boring . So we have came with a different recipe of milk shake with dry fruits which is called Dry fruits milk shake. Dry fruits are very good for health, especially for skin and to get weight for the body. Every one will surely love to have it. As it si a summer, so this will be different special milk shake to the people. It gives good energy and relaxment. If you sprinkle the chocolate and pista in classes it will be good taste and we can have this without them also.
