Ingrediants:

Eggs-1

chilled water - 1cup

myda - 1cup

Big prawn - 5 to 6

Oil - according to the need

Preparation:

1. Take a bowl.

2. Break the egg and add the egg yolk into the bowl.

3. Now finely heat the egg yolk.

4. Now add chilled water into the beated egg yolk.

5. Now add myda into the egg yolk and water mixture.

6. Then mix the mixture finely.

7. Now take a wide bowl

8. Add oil into the bowl and let the oil get heated.

9. In the mean while clean the prawns thoroughly with water , salt and turmeric powder.

10.Now dip these cleaned prawns into the mixture we prepard just now.

11. then fry them in the heated oil.

12.Fry those prawns until they change color into golden color.

13. then off the flame.

14.Take the fried prawns into serving plate.

15. We can garnish this dish with keera.

16.Therefore the dish AB tempura is ready.
