Ingrediants:

Wheat flour - 1 cup

Chana flour - 1 table spoon

chopped fenu greek leaves - 1cup

chopped green chili - 1 tea spoon

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon

sugar - 2 tea spoon

curd - 1 cup

chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon

Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon

oil - 1 table spoon

salt - according to need

Preparation:

1. Take a bowl.

2. Add wheat flour, chana flour, fenu greek leaves, green chili , chopped ginger , turmeric powder, sugar , curd, chili powder, garam masala, salt and oil.

3. Now mix all these ingrediants like we mix for idly.

4. Take Idly plates.

5. Pour this mixture in them.

6. Now cook them on steam.

7. After they get cooked remove them from idly plates.

8. Take a wide bowl.

9. Place it on stove.

10.Add some oil in it and let it get heated.

11. Then add the cooked mixture on idly in that heated oil.

12. Let them fry completely.

13. After they get fried  take them on to the serving plate.

14. therefore masala fries are ready.

about masala fries:

Masala fries recipe is very simple and easy to prepare . It is just mixing all the ingrediants and cooking them like idly then frying them .It will be crispy to eat. Everyone will surely love to have it. Especially children. We have used fenu greek leaves in this. These leaves are good for digestion.
