Rice powder - 1 cup

White Gram - 2 table spoon

slit chick peas - 2 table spoon

Ghee - 2 table spoon

Sesame seeds - 1/2 table spoon

Fresh Chopped coconut - 1/4 cup

Salt - according to need

Asafetida - 1/4 tea spoon

Oil - according to need

Preparation :

1. Take a bowl.

2. Add some water and  Slit chick peas in it.

3. Let them soak for an hour.

4. Now take another bowl.

5. Add rice powder , white gram, chopped coconut , sesame seeds , ghee and salt.

6. Mix all these ingredients finely.

7. Then add some water in it and mix thoroughly.

8. Make this mixture in round flat in shape

9. Fry these in ghee.

Therefore, thattai is ready
