Ingredients:

Paneer – 200g

Onions – 4

Tomato – 4

Ginger Garlic paste – 1 spoon

Ground nuts fried and powdered – 3 spoons

Green chili pieces – 1 spoon

Cumin seeds – 1 spoon

Coriander seeds – 1 spoon

Coconut milk – 1 cup

Salt – according to taste

Chili powder – according to taste

Turmeric powder – 1 pinch

Oil – 3 spoons

Chopped coriander – little

Preparation –

1.Take 2 Onions and peel its skin finely.

2.Now chop them and grind them finely in mixy.

3.Chop remaining 2 onions finely.

4.Now wash tomatoes thoroughly with water.

5.Then cut those tomatoes and then grind them in mixy , so that tomato puree forms.

6.Now take a wide bowl.

7.Add water in it and place it on the stove.

8.Let them boil for some time.

9.Then add salt and paneer pieces in it.

10.Let them boil.

11.After sometime off the stove.

12.When it gets cool then remove water from it.

13.Place another bowl on the stove.

14.Add some oil in it.

15.Then add cumin seeds, onions chopped one.

16.Let them fry for some time.

17.Now add onion and ginger mixture in it.

18.After 2 minutes add tomato puree.

19.When oil gets separated then adds coriander seeds, chana flour, coconut milk, chopped green chili and ½ cup of water.

20.Then close it with a lid.

21.When gravy forms then add paneer pieces which we boiled before.

22.After 5 minutes sprinkle coriander leaves on it

Therefore paneer coconut Gravy is ready.
