Ingrediants:

White Gram - 1 Cup

Rice - 2 Cups

Rice flakes - litle

Methi seeds- 1 tea spoon

Chana gram - 1 table spoons

Cheese - 100 g

chopped carrot - 1/2 cup

Chopped chili - 1/4 cup

Salt - according to the need

Oil or ghee - according to the need

Preparation:

1. Before day, take a bowl, add white gram, rice , methi, chana gram and then water.

2. let them soak for 8 hours.

3. Now take another bowl and add rice flakes and water.

4. Let them soal for sometime.

5. while grinding the soaked white gram, rice , methi, chana gram, then add soaked rice flakes in it.

6.then mix salt according to the need.

7. Let this mixture become sour.

8. Next day, Prepare dosa on a pan by using oil or ghee.

9. When it get cooked a bit then sprinkle chopped cheese, chopped carrot, chopped green chili on it.

10.We can serve this dosa with chatni.
