Dal vada

Ingredients

Toor Dal - 1cup

Chana Dal - 1 cup

Moong Dal- 1 cup

Dry chili -3

Green chili - 2

Coriander - finely chopped 1 table spoon

Coconut - finely chopped 3 table spoon

Salt - according to the taste

Ginger - small piece

Oil - according to the need

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cooking period - 10 minutes


Process -


1.Take bowl.

2. add some water in it

3. Now add Toor dal, Chana dal, and Moong dal in it.

4. Let them soak for 1 hour.

5. After 1 hour, add dry chili, Green chili, coriander, coconut, salt, ginger in the soaked mixture.

6. Now mix them finely. Then grind them lightly.

7. Now take another bowl.

8. Place it on the stove.

9. Add some oil in it.

10. Let the oil boil for some time.

11. Now take the mixture which we prepared just now, make the mixture into the small vadas.

12. Then fry these vadas in the oil which we have boiled now.

13. Fry them until they change to golden wheat color.

14. Therefore, Dal Vada are ready.
